Spray Park, Mount Rainier National Park, Washington
Summer, 2001

After setting up camp at the first site on a loop through
Sunshine Meadows in Mount Rainier National Park, I hiked up to
Spray Park and set up for a sunset with these red-leafed plants
in the foreground.  The color of the leaves is such a rich red,
that most people mistake them for wildflowers.  Mount Rainier is
in the background.
